BECOMING A SHAREHOLDER OR MEMBER . . .

Membership is not compulsory. Anyone can buy from any us as you would in any other shop by paying at the checkout by cash, debit/credit card or cheque.

MEMBERSHIP & SHAREHOLDER BENEFITS . . .

Anyone can apply to become a Member of the company. Members benefit from:
• a credit account facility*. Payment falls due within 21 days from the date of invoice.
• a 'cash' discount (currently 2%) if you wish to pay for your cash and carry goods at the time of purchase at any Mole Avon Town & Country Store rather than charging them to your credit account.
• the availability of the full range of 'Direct Sales' products at full discount member prices.
• the Mole Avon 'Broadsheet' currently mailed every four weeks detailing seasonal products, special offers etc.
* not available through Town & Countrywear.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER . . .

Complete and return the application form which can be downloaded from this page.

A membership fee is charged, current details of which are printed on the application form. Your membership can be renewed annually on 1st February each year (subject to acceptance) at the then current price. You are of course welcome to change your status to a Shareholder at any time you may choose. At the same time, you can cancel your membership without charge should your circumstances change.

Processing of your application can take up to 4 weeks to complete. We will notify you as soon as we can on the outcome of your application.

HOW TO BECOME A SHAREHOLDER . . .

It is possible to become a shareholder of Mole Avon Trading Ltd., although the company pays no dividends.

Shareholders make a single one off subscription and will enjoy the same benefits as members without the need to pay the annual subscription levy.

As a Shareholder, you would receive a share certificate and are entitled to attend and vote at the company's annual general meeting.
