Natures MenuSuffolk sourced duck necks are packed with soft bone, cartilage and connective tissue that makes for a delicious, crunchy treat.

Full of natural nutrients to promote health and vitality, duck wings can be fed as a snack or as part of a home prepared raw meal. Considered by Natures Menu experts as a raw bone for beginners, Natures Menu recommend to feed this product to animals over 10 weeks of age.

Chewing can help induce a state of calm in dogs and feeding raw meaty bones is an important element of a raw diet.
Natures Menu range of meaty bones and chewing meats are carefully selected to accommodate dogs of all ages, sizes and breeds.

Serve as a treat 1-3 times a week or as part of a home prepared raw meal.
Always supervise your dog when feeding raw meaty bones and select a raw bone or chew that is appropriate for your dog.

A few tips when feeding Raw meaty Bones or Chews…

  • Never cut or saw bones
  • Never feed bones with small children present
  • Never leave a dog un-attended with a bone
  • Never feed cooked bones
  • Always separate multi-dog house holds before feeding to prevent fights (raw meaty bones have a very high resource value and even the very best of friend dogs may fight)
  • Always feed bones appropriate to the dog’s age, size, breed and experience
  • Do not feed bones from the butcher as their storage history is unknown and bacteria may be prevalent
  • If storing in between chewing sessions, rinse the bone under cold water and store in a plastic bag or container in the fridge
  • Always dispose of any uneaten material after 24 hours post defrost

Feeding

Natures Menu raw bones and chews are designed to be fed raw. Natures Menu recommend to select a raw bone or chew that is appropriate for the age, size and experience of your animal. Your animal should always be supervised when playing or eating chews. If feeding this product for the first time we recommend that you encourage your animal to chew it by hand feeding the treat.

Serve alone as a treat* or as part of a complete and balanced diet. We suggest that home-made meals are prepared with 60% Natures Menu raw meat chunks, minces, bones or chews, 20% blended fruit/vegetables and 20% easily digestible carbohydrate (cooked brown rice, oats or sweet potato). Fresh water should always be available.

Should you choose to use this product as the meat element of a home prepared raw meal for your dog then we recommend that you refer to our feeding guidelines for total recommended food amounts per day. You will then need to calculate the ratios of meat, carbohydrate and blended fruit and vegetables to achieve the recommend daily amount.

Keep frozen until use. Defrost in a sealed container on the side for two hours or in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted please use the product within 24 hours. Normal hygiene rules apply for preparing and handling fresh/raw ingredients.

*If fed as a treat we recommend to offer raw meaty bones or chews 1-3 times a week.

 

Delivery

Standard Delivery

 

Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses costs £4.95 including VAT for orders up to 30kg. Free standard delivery is available for all orders over £150 including VAT and weighing less than 30kg.

 

Standard delivery is within 2-5 working days. Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day (Monday to Friday). While we will make every effort to deliver your items within the stated timescales we may not be able to guarantee this during circumstances out of our control.

 

Other delivery options may be available for orders over 30kg. Please contact us via web@moleavon.co.uk or 01363 774940 to arrange a delivery.

 

We can deliver to any address within the UK mainland, however orders to certain remote areas may take longer to be delivered. We do not deliver internationally.

 

Click & Collect

 

A free of charge Click & Collect service is now available in all Mole Avon Country Stores. This means you now have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your local store.

 

When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the Delivery Options page you can then select which Mole Avon Country Store you wish to collect your order from.

 

We aim for your order to be ready to collect the next working day after 9am if ordered before 4pm, if stock is available at your chosen branch. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected and you will have 7 days to collect your order once it is ready.

 

Payment for Click & Collect orders will be taken at the tills in your local store on collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you can either take the item(s) to your local store or send to:

Please note any postage costs incurred when returning your item(s) will be at your own cost except in the case of faulty item(s).

If you wish to return an item that you ordered with Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your till receipt. Please note the confirmation email is not a receipt.

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
  • Return the item(s) within 28 days of being delivered to you.
  • Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.

Please note there are some items which can not be exchanged or refunded (unless faulty) due to being perishable or for health and safety or hygiene reasons. This includes animal food, animal health products and protective clothing. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Faulty products can be returned for a full refund. Alternatively you can contact us by emailing web@moleavon.co.uk with a photo of the product as well as any documentary evidence for your claim or call 01363 774940.
