Membership

 How do I become a member?

  • To become a member, please complete the membership form below and click the "send message" button at the bottom to submit.  

  • If you are a farm / business, please complete the Farm / Business Membership form, otherwise please complete the Country membership form.

  • A £12 INC VAT membership fee is charged, current details of which are printed on the application form. Your membership can be renewed annually on 1st July each year.

  • You can cancel your membership in writing without charge should your circumstances change, please email your cancellation request to accounts@moleavon.co.uk.

  • We will notify you within 48hrs (Monday to Friday) of your account details to use in-store.
