In early 2016 legislation around the use of rodenticides changed, The Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use (CRRU) launched a Rodenticide Stewardship Regime for the UK to ensure that risks from rodenticide use are properly managed.
This qualification will provide learners with an understanding of why the purchase and use of Second-Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides is controlled and why other rodent control methods should be considered before rodenticides are used.
Customers can only purchase smaller & lower dosage rat bait without having done the course.
When purchasing the larger dosages and boxes a certificate will need to be provided.
A free of charge Click & Collect service is readily available in all of our stores. This means you now have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your chosen store.
When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the delivery options page you can then select which of our stores you wish to collect your order from.
We aim for your order to be ready to collect for your chosen collection date/time, if stock is available at your chosen store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected and you will have 7 days to collect your order once it is ready.
Payment for Click & Collect orders will be taken at the tills in your local store upon collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required.

Delivery
Delivery is available on any qualifying products available on our website. The product must be available from our Crediton store to be valid for delivery.
Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) under 20kg is £6.49. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) under 20kg is £7.49
We currently use DPD for our deliveries.

Returns
If you wish to return an item that you ordered with online via Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your order confirmation.
If you wish to return or exchange an item that you ordered online via Delivery, please go to www.moleavon.co.uk/returns. Please fill out the returns form and email to web@moleavon.co.uk. Please also post your item(s) back to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, EX17 3FD. Once we have received your item(s), we will process a refund.
In order to receive a refund or exchange you must:
Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned.
Return the item(s) within 28 days of being purchased.
Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.
Local Delivery
Local FREE deliveries are available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of our Country Stores upon request (FREE for a minimum order of £350 or over), deliveries under £350 will be charged at a standard rate of £35. Deliveries are kerbside only and at the drivers discretion. Any deliveries requiring more than one person or outside of our local delivery area will incur additional fees. We currently use James Moore Haulage for our local deliveries.
