Product Description

• Developed for agricultural professionals in partnership with Michelin. Conforms to EN ISO 20-347: 2012 OB E safety standards.
• Please note that Neoprene has wonderful insulation properties, but it is a non-breathable material. If you wear our neoprene-lined boot in warm temperatures, or if your feet heat up while wearing, you may perspire. To help to ensure a long life for your Le Chameau boots, please ensure that you dry the insides thoroughly if they do become a little damp when wearing.
• Shock-absorbing Michelin Agri sole provides protection for all-day professional wear comfort. Neoprene lining cushions feet while keeping them warm. Using a combination of natural rubber and neoprene the boot flexes easily, mirroring any foot movement to reduce fatigue and XL calf fitting for an excellent fit.
• The Cérès Neo boot is designed for warmth, durability and resistance to harsh farm wastes and chemicals. Extra rubber reinforcement around the leg provides protection and abrasion resistance. Tough dual-density Michelin® Agri soles ensure even ground contact and reduces wear and tear.
• Developed in partnership with Michelin, the Michelin Agri sole provides the same high performance as their agricultural tractor tyres. The outsole tread uses Michelin Ultraflex tyre auto-cleaning technology, distributing weight evenly giving better grip on soft ground and dislodging soil and mud while walking.
• A 3mm neoprene lining provides insulation against the cold in temperatures down to -15°C. Originally used to make diving suits, neoprene has excellent insulating properties, preventing heat dissipation and penetration of cold.

Click & Collect

A free of charge Click & Collect service is readily available in all of our stores. This means you now have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your chosen store. When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the delivery options page you can then select which of our stores you wish to collect your order from. We aim for your order to be ready to collect for your chosen collection date/time, if stock is available at your chosen store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected and you will have 7 days to collect your order once it is ready. Payment for Click & Collect orders will be taken at the tills in your local store upon collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required. Delivery

Delivery is available on any qualifying products available on our website. The product must be available from our Crediton store to be valid for delivery. Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) under 20kg is £6.49. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) under 20kg is £7.49 We currently use DPD for our deliveries. Returns

If you wish to return an item that you ordered with online via Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your order confirmation. If you wish to return or exchange an item that you ordered online via Delivery, please go to www.moleavon.co.uk/returns. Please fill out the returns form and email to web@moleavon.co.uk. Please also post your item(s) back to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, EX17 3FD. Once we have received your item(s), we will process a refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange you must: Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned. Return the item(s) within 28 days of being purchased. Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.

Local Delivery

Local FREE deliveries are available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of our Country Stores upon request (FREE for a minimum order of £250 or over), deliveries under £250 will be charged at a standard rate of £25. Deliveries are kerbside and at the drivers discretion. Any deliveries requiring more than one person will incur additional fees. We currently use James Moore Haulage for our local deliveries.
