Click & Collect

A free of charge Click & Collect service is readily available in all of our stores. This means you have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your chosen store. When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the delivery options page you can then select which of our stores you wish to collect your order from. We aim for your order to be ready to collect for your chosen collection date/time, if stock is available at your chosen store. You will have 7 days to collect your order from your collection date once it is ready. Payment for Click & Collect orders is either completed online when you place your order, or can be taken at the tills in your local store upon collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required. Delivery

Delivery is available on any qualifying products available on our website. The product must be available from our Crediton store to be valid for delivery. Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) under 20kg is £4.49. Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) over 20kg is from £5.99. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) under 20kg is £5.99. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) over 20kg is from £6.99. Additional delivery charges for larger items and non Mainland UK postcodes apply. We currently use DPD and Royal Mail for our deliveries. Alternatively you can order for Click & Collect from any of our stores. Returns

If you wish to return an item that you ordered with online via Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your order confirmation. If you wish to return or exchange an item that you ordered online via Delivery, please go to www.moleavon.co.uk/returns. Please fill out the returns form and email to web@moleavon.co.uk. Please also post your item(s) back to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, EX17 3FD. Once we have received your item(s), we will process a refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange you must: Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned. Return the item(s) within 28 days of being purchased. Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.

Local Delivery

Local FREE deliveries are available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of our Country Stores upon request (FREE for a minimum order of £350 or over), deliveries under £350 will be charged at a standard rate of £35. Deliveries are kerbside only and at the drivers discretion. Any deliveries requiring more than one person or outside of our local delivery area will incur additional fees.
