Product Description

• Produced by Friendship Estates, Friendly Natural Cat Litter is unique in the fact that it is made from British Straw a rapidly renewable resource.
• Friendly Natural Cat Litter is up to three times more absorbent than traditional clay litters therefore reducing the amount of cat litter required and ensuring that odours are quickly absorbed.
• Only 1cm (1/2 ) of Friendly Natural Cat Litter is needed in the bottom of the litter tray allowing easy removal of soiled product which added to the increased absorbency means that it is an economic replacement of clay litters.
• The product has added mint freshness. 
• Soiled Friendly Natural Cat Litter can be easily removed from the tray and disposed of by flushing digging in the garden or by burning.

Click & Collect

A free of charge Click & Collect service is readily available in all of our stores. This means you now have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your chosen store. When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the delivery options page you can then select which of our stores you wish to collect your order from. We aim for your order to be ready to collect for your chosen collection date/time, if stock is available at your chosen store. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected and you will have 7 days to collect your order once it is ready. Payment for Click & Collect orders will be taken at the tills in your local store upon collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required. Delivery

Delivery is available on any qualifying products available on our website. The product must be available from our Crediton store to be valid for delivery. Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) under 20kg is £6.49. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) under 20kg is £7.49 We currently use DPD for our deliveries. Returns

If you wish to return an item that you ordered with online via Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your order confirmation. If you wish to return or exchange an item that you ordered online via Delivery, please go to www.moleavon.co.uk/returns. Please fill out the returns form and email to web@moleavon.co.uk. Please also post your item(s) back to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, EX17 3FD. Once we have received your item(s), we will process a refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange you must: Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned. Return the item(s) within 28 days of being purchased. Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.

Local Delivery

Local FREE deliveries are available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of our Country Stores upon request (FREE for a minimum order of £350 or over), deliveries under £350 will be charged at a standard rate of £35. Deliveries are kerbside only and at the drivers discretion. Any deliveries requiring more than one person or outside of our local delivery area will incur additional fees.
