Structural Insulated Panels:

• The core structure of an Xtend building is made from SIPs panels - high performance material for building construction. The 21st century way to build
• 9 7mm thick insulated walls consist of 75mm of polystyrene insulation sandwiched by two sheets of oriented strand board (OSB)
• Gives structure and insulation in one pre-assembled and cut-to-size panel
• Total wall thickness including SIPS panels, internal and external cladding and cavities is 177mm
• Roof is 11mm OSB + 100mm insulation + 11mm OSB = 122mm total

External Cladding:

• Pre-cut external timber cladding panels for quick and easy assembly
• No measuring and cutting every single batten and board to size before mounting
• Cladding panels are simply positioned on the building and screwed into place
• Panels are made with 15mm thick premium interlocking tongue and groove boards mounted to framing battens
• Comes untreated and we recommend the application of any of the following:
• Sikkens Cetol HLS Plus • Restol Wood Oil • Timmersol ETS Double Protectant • Osmo Country Colour • Osmo Natural Oil Woodstain

Internal Cladding:

• Pre-cut interior MDF panels for quick and easy assembly for walls and ceiling
• No measuring and cutting every panel
• Wall panels are mounted to 28mm thick battens creating a cavity perfect for routing electrical wiring
• Roof battens are 45mm thick to allow for recess roof lights
• Comes with primer applied – can be painted in a colour of your choice using standard interior emulsion paint

• The ?oor is left un?nished for you to add your own choice of covering

Roof Covering:

• External roof covering is made from 1.2mm thick EPDM black rubber

Delivery: 

• Lead time: At least 10 weeks. Delivery to Scotland, hard to reach locations or when items are out of stock may take longer.

Installation: 

If you've chosen the 'Delivered & Installed' option, you will be contacted by our supplier within 48 hours of the delivery date being booked to arrange installation. For products with a longer lead time (Vale Greenhouses, Round Timber Gazebos and Log Cabins), you will be contacted to arrange a suitable installation date prior to the product being finished. Typically installation is within 7 working days from delivery, except for Vale Greenhouses which will be installed on the same day as delivery. You will receive information from our supplier detailing the necessary preparations for installation (e.g. base preparation), which must be completed prior to the assembly team arriving on site. Installation is currently approximately 12 weeks from when the order is placed.

Click & Collect

A free of charge Click & Collect service is readily available in all of our stores. This means you have the option of placing an order online to pick up at your chosen store. When you have selected the item(s) you wish to Click & Collect, add them to your basket and follow the instructions to proceed to the checkout. On the delivery options page you can then select which of our stores you wish to collect your order from. We aim for your order to be ready to collect for your chosen collection date/time, if stock is available at your chosen store. You will have 7 days to collect your order from your collection date once it is ready. Payment for Click & Collect orders is either completed online when you place your order, or can be taken at the tills in your local store upon collection. Mole Avon account holders will be able to receive their discount and book the order to their account if required. Delivery

Delivery is available on any qualifying products available on our website. The product must be available from our Crediton store to be valid for delivery. Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days) under 20kg is £3.99. Next Day delivery (1 to 2 working days) under 20kg is £5.99. Additional delivery charges may occur for larger or partially restricted items. We currently use DPD for our deliveries. Alternatively you can order for Click & Collect from any of our stores. Returns

If you wish to return an item that you ordered with online via Click & Collect, please take the item(s) to your local store along with your order confirmation. If you wish to return or exchange an item that you ordered online via Delivery, please go to www.moleavon.co.uk/returns. Please fill out the returns form and email to web@moleavon.co.uk. Please also post your item(s) back to Online Returns, Mole Avon Country Stores, Joseph Locke Way, Crediton, EX17 3FD. Once we have received your item(s), we will process a refund. In order to receive a refund or exchange you must: Provide proof of purchase for the item(s) being returned. Return the item(s) within 28 days of being purchased. Return the item(s) in a resellable condition with its original packaging unless faulty.

Local Delivery

Local FREE deliveries are available to anyone within a 20 mile radius of our Country Stores upon request (FREE for a minimum order of £350 or over), deliveries under £350 will be charged at a standard rate of £35. Deliveries are kerbside only and at the drivers discretion. Any deliveries requiring more than one person or outside of our local delivery area will incur additional fees.
